- Indexes manufactured from 90 lb. White stock with two Mylar reinforced holes punched on 8.5 inch centers.
- Enter Color and Title choices in drop-down boxes. Leave Title Field empty if you want a Blank Tab.
- Leave default value of (Not Required) if you do not want a tab title in this position.
- Indexes are + or - 10% of original order.
